As a collective, there is a greater understanding than ever before that we need more women in leadership roles in business, politics, science, finance, and beyond.

What is really lacking in the leadership paradigm right now, regardless of gender, is healed feminine energy.
Healed feminine energy is the solution to the imbalances that the current paradigm has created and it is up to everyone as a collective to heal this within ourselves and encourage this in our leaders.
Because healthy feminine energy comes from a place of empathy and intuition, it hinges on creating a win-win for everyone. This creates a place of collaboration, and co-creation meaning everyone works to find a solution that benefits everyone involved, but also creates an impact that can go so much further than this.
With healed feminine energy, one becomes more compassionate, creative, and receptive. You are not forcing or pushing an individual agenda or allowing ego to influence decisions. You are often in flow, which allows you to access your creative thinking, meaning bigger and brighter ideas and solutions can be found that would not have been possible without this way of thinking.
Instead of focusing on hitting percentage quotas when filling our executive boards and political parties, let’s instead focus on raising up those who embody a healed feminine energy and work on ourselves individually to heal the feminine energy within ourselves.
