In the last few weeks, I have been focusing on talking about spiritual intelligence across all our ConsciousLeadership.org platforms.
This is because I strongly believe that being able to tune into our spiritual intelligence will help us to manage increasingly difficult circumstances that we need to navigate in our everyday life.
For us to be able to tap into this intelligence, we need to be able to use our emotional mastery to find the quiet to be able to listen to what we are being asked to do.
When we master our emotions, we develop the necessary tools that allow us to go find our centre and be present in the moment without both internal and external noise affecting our balance, meaning we are able to make aligned decisions.
As we become more aware, we are able to come back to our centre, find our presence in the moment, and connect to the information from our Higher Self.
When operating from this place, we do not make decisions based on reactions, we go for options that are aligned with us, and gone are the days that we come from a place of fear.
We become more conscious and when faced with difficult situations, we deal with issues in an enlightened way – inspiring and leading people toward our vision.
