Do you know how to manage your fear?

We have all been in a situation that we felt fear and have been paralyzed and unable to move forward because of it.

Learning that you are afraid is beautiful.

Courageous people aren’t those that are not afraid. They are those who have created a relationship with their fears, so much so that they can acknowledge the presence of the fear in what they are about to do and decide to do it anyway.

Fear is an indicator of growth.

It is a sign that we are connected and in-tune with our emotions.

We are never 100% ready for anything. If we are waiting to be absolutely ready for situations that may come in our lives, we all stay at a standstill.

There is a flow.

Things happen for a reason and we get pushed to move forward, to change, and to realize our best true self.

So, how do you deal with your fear? How do you bravely forge ahead and face the uncertain?

Having to overcome fear is no easy feat, but it can be done if we remember that our fears only own us until we fully face them.

The best way to conquer fear is to face it head on. BUT this must be done in a healthy manner in order to avoid trauma from trying to overcome it. There is a right process that one needs to go through in order to have the right thought process to effectively work through it.
